- A chemical that exhibited cytotoxic effects on GBM cell lines, with half-maximal inhibitory concentrations between 0.1 and 0.3 µM, disrupts microtubule formation in GBM cells, correlating in vitro activity with reduced tubulin polymerization.
- Mebendazole is FDA-approved for parasitic infections and has a long history of safe use in humans.
