PraziMed™ is a registered trademark of Right2Try Inc., defined as Praziquantel, and it’s investigations into repurposed usage for its ability to:
- Inhibit tumor growth in combination with PTX (palaxatel). Notable findings include that the combination of PZQ and PTX more effectively inhibits tumor growth compared to the use of either drug alone.
- Facilitates greater efficacy of paclitaxel (PTX) in apoptosis of mutant cells, even in cell lines that are resistant to PTX.
- Potentially be used therapeutically in CCA in conjunction with targeting tumor immune microenvironments.
